The Metro was designed to be a lively, livable, and transit-oriented development that purposefully limits parking options to promote eco-friendly commuting. Housing a substantial bike storage area and situated adjacent to a SkyTrain hub, shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues, this 514-unit development provides residents with everything they need steps from their door. The community also includes a lounge, party rooms, gyms, rooftop decks, a community garden, and generous private courtyards, a rarity in dense urban developments.

The exterior façade reflects a transportation theme through dynamic patterns, geometric shapes, and vibrant accents that evoke the movement of passing SkyTrains. The four mixed-use, purpose-built rental buildings are arranged around a raised courtyard atop a parking podium, creating an urban oasis that harmoniously blends natural elements, social spaces, and transportation-inspired design. Each building has direct access to the courtyard from various levels, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor spaces.
