Pre-design & programming
We take the time to understand your goals, functional requirements, and design aspirations. This foundation results in interiors that are purposeful, efficient, and tailored to the way spaces are used.
Phase 2
Concept Development
We translate your vision into a concept, establishing the tone and design direction through mood boards, material palettes, preliminary layouts, and 3D visualizations.
Phase 3
Design development
We refine the design concept by carefully selecting and finalizing materials and design elements. We collaborate closely with consultants to ensure all aspects of the design are seamlessly integrated, resulting in a cohesive and well-coordinated project.
Phase 4
Construction documentation
We produce detailed drawings and specifications for finishes, fixtures, equipment, and millwork. All documentation and coordination with the architect and consultants are finalized to ensure the design can be clearly priced and accurately executed by the contractor.
Phase 5
Construction administration
We review submittals, provide timely clarifications, and conduct site reviews to ensure the design intent is upheld and the approved vision is carried through to completion.
Phase 6
Procurement & Installation
We source and procure furniture and finishing touches to deliver the final layer that completes your interior design experience.
