The design complements the established character of Menno Terrace East, creating architectural continuity across the campus while addressing the specific needs of independent living residents. Concrete and steel frame construction provides structural durability and long-term performance, with brick and block veneer exterior finishes that establish a warm, residential character well-suited to a senior living environment. This project demonstrates how thoughtful design can deliver both the operational functionality and the human-centred atmosphere that make senior living facilities places where residents truly thrive.
