Podium by Whitetail Homes introduces a distinctive presence to Maple Ridge through its V-shaped building form, dynamic height transitions, and robust structural pillars that together create a memorable architectural identity. Spanning five storeys with a West-Coast character, the building includes 120 condos and five townhouse units. Residents approach through a tiered garden entryway that leads to a grand entrance and outdoor amenity space.
Keystone assumed this project at the Development Permit stage, upholding the original vision and building form while refining the facade to enhance its material depth and street presence. With clean structural lines and natural textures, Podium contributes meaningfully to the architectural fabric of Maple Ridge.
