Parque on Park redefines the sustainable urban rental community in Langley. By adopting Mondofi Media smart technology, residents access amenities, an electric vehicle ride-sharing fleet, and building management all through a single app. Within the 93 units, solar panels generate enough power to run half of the building’s load at peak demand, including the EV chargers. A reduced carbon footprint was also achieved during construction through extensive prefabrication and responsible management of construction waste, making this building Step 2 equivalent and positioning its residents as part of a genuinely lower-impact community.
