Park Hill is a large-scale residential community in Langley comprising seven apartment buildings, seven townhouse buildings, and 367 units across a steeply sloped, eight-acre site. The architecture addresses significant topographic challenges through strategic building placement and thoughtful grading that works with the natural terrain rather than against it. Site planning maximizes the opportunities the sloped landscape offers, creating varied unit types and building orientations that enhance views and natural light access throughout the community.

The exterior design creates rhythm and depth through a variation of materials, colours, and textures, while terraced entry points and planters minimize exposed walls at steep grade changes. The colour palette blends greys with warmer tones, including prefinished wood and glass that emphasize corner features and add visual interest across the development. Apartment and townhouse buildings are designed to complement one another through a cohesive architectural language while maintaining distinct identities appropriate to each typology. Careful attention to scale, massing, and landscaping helps integrate this substantial residential density into the surrounding neighbourhood context, creating a community that balances efficient land use with livability and connection to place.
