Marilyn on the Park is a thoughtfully designed townhouse development by Sync Properties, with Keystone designing six buildings and 30 units within the nine-building, 43-unit complex. Offering three and four-bedroom layouts crafted with young families in mind, these townhomes respond to the natural slope of the site, with buildings that cascade gracefully along the street level as part of an integrated architectural narrative.
Each building embodies modernist principles with refined simplicity, expressed through an arctic white exterior punctuated by darker-toned buildouts. Strategically placed board and batten features highlight the roof form at intermediate pop-ups and along the raised end portions, creating points of interest along the building’s edge and giving each elevation a composed, layered quality. At the ground level, brick and boldly pronounced entry doors accentuate the primary entrances, elevating the experience of arriving home.
