Legacy on Park stands as one of our most significant projects to date and was the first residential building in the Fraser Valley to incorporate cross-laminated timber, a sustainable, low-impact structural system that reflects a genuine commitment to environmental responsibility. The eco-minded approach extends throughout the design with LED lighting, fully insulated walls, solid core doors, and UV-rated windows that reduce heating and cooling demands over the life of the building.
The architecture features a striking composition of curved and linear forms that capture views and contribute to the urban experience along the street edge. Extended curved patios lend the substantial building mass a sense of motion and lightness, while a full-height curtain wall corner feature anchors the development at the street corner. Exterior cladding of terracotta and metal panel provides durability and visual richness.
