Forme introduces contemporary symmetry and refined character to Langley’s evolving streetscape. Designed in collaboration with Whitetail Homes, this condominium embraces strong architectural lines, a restrained colour palette, and a roof overhang with wood soffit and undermount lighting that establishes it as a defining neighbourhood presence.
This compact site posed challenges in meeting parking, amenity, and accessibility requirements simultaneously. The solution was a U-shaped building atop a raised parkade, softened by a landscaped perimeter that encircles a private courtyard, with a mechanical lift at the front entrance to meet accessibility requirements. Working closely with the client, our team ensured a seamless integration of function, aesthetics, and long-term resilience. As Langley continues to grow, projects like Forme play an integral role in shaping a residential fabric that is both thoughtfully designed and enduringly livable.
