Industrial Sales Centre & Office

We worked closely with Dawson Group to integrate functionality, modern design, and brand identity into this custom-built, 31,461 sf industrial facility in Kelowna. The design creates a cohesive and inspiring environment across key areas, including the expansive retail parts area, over 8,400 sf of office and boardroom space, a dedicated staff kitchen, and change rooms. Thoughtfully selected brand colours, textures, and innovative design details such as floating ceilings, corrugated metal accents, and a tire-mark-inspired carpet pattern help tell the company’s story while supporting productivity and collaboration throughout the day. The result is a space that strengthens Dawson’s brand and promotes a welcoming atmosphere for both customers and employees.
