Designed for efficiency and long-term marketability

Braber Equipment Riverside is an industrial warehouse and office facility that demonstrates how thoughtful design can elevate the industrial building typology. Constructed with tilt-up concrete and steel, the facility includes a 46,000 sf warehouse, a mezzanine, and 35,000 sf of office space designed to serve a range of potential tenants. The architecture employs a modern exterior façade with stepped forms and varied massing that reduces the building’s apparent scale and creates a more approachable entry experience, distinguishing it from conventional industrial developments.

The design balances the functional requirements of warehouse operations, including clear spans, efficient loading access, and flexible interior layouts, with an exterior composition that projects a professional corporate image. The integration of substantial office space reflects the evolving needs of modern industrial users who require both operational and administrative facilities under one roof. Strategic material application and façade articulation ensure the building maintains visual interest while respecting the practical and budgetary considerations inherent to industrial development, creating a desirable asset that serves both operational efficiency and long-term marketability.
