This substantial townhome development in Abbotsford’s University District features 130 units across 19 three-storey buildings, developed in close collaboration with Anthem Properties. The project was specifically tailored to meet the needs of growing families, creating a community that combines generous living spaces with a thoughtful approach to neighbourhood integration.

The exteriors offer a contemporary interpretation of the classic Prairie School style, featuring defined window elements, clean lines, and strong overhangs adapted to the West Coast climate. Each building incorporates varying sizes, materials, and colours, creating a distinct visual rhythm throughout the community that avoids monotony while maintaining a cohesive overall character. Beyond the individual units, lush courtyards, pedestrian-friendly pathways, and an amenity building enrich the community experience, ensuring that every detail supports family living with a commitment to both timeless design and everyday function.
