The Wesley was designed in collaboration with Whitetail Homes for the Brydon Creek area in Langley, a renewed urban setting adjacent to a natural waterway that required special care and design sensitivity. The project balances contemporary residential design with a genuine respect for the environmental context, ensuring the development complements rather than competes with its natural surroundings.
The architecture features brightly coloured metal cladding exterior panels that articulate geometric accents and multi-level roofline projections, creating a fresh and distinctive character within the neighbourhood. The design addresses contemporary buyer expectations through varied amenity spaces on all five storeys, generous outdoor areas, and open-concept layouts across all 78 units. Wrap-around decks on corner units maximize connection to the surrounding landscape and the calming presence of the nearby waterway. The Wesley introduces a confident architectural character to Langley’s evolving fabric while maintaining the sensitivity to its natural setting that this site deserves.
