Connection, wellness, and escape

This clubhouse serves as the social heart of Aquadel Crossing, a 16-acre community of single-family homes in Lindell Beach, which was designed as a place of community within a natural, historic, and organic setting. The clubhouse architecture features a manufactured stone base and exposed timber structure that grounds the building in its forested surroundings while creating a warm, residential character appropriate to the community’s spirit.

At the centre of the development, the clubhouse offers a large covered deck and veranda alongside an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub. Inside, the building accommodates a games room, large community space, kitchenette, and change rooms, while an outdoor barbecue area extends the social program beyond the building envelope. Through thoughtful programming and material choices that celebrate natural materials, this clubhouse creates a gathering place that supports Aquadel Crossing’s vision of connection, wellness, and escape from the pace of everyday urban life.
